|| Organization Update ||

-Remade “textured” textures to make them back into solid “simple” color designs (It makes it a lot harder to update existing textures, hence why I made it back to the "simple" color format)
-Redone order of personnel (so its easier for everyone to find what they want quickly)
-Redone order of armor (so its easier for everyone to find what they want quickly)
-Rewrote Personnel Descriptions to include Departments and Departments Ranks. (In preparation for the Department Update)
-Added Level 1 Light Security Armor and removed helmet from Level 1 Security Armor (makes it a lot easier to just get want you want instead of having to delete the other helmet)
-Remade CBRN textures (they needed a color update)
-Added GOC CBRN Suits including a GOC Scientist CBRN & a GOC Assessment Team suit (they needed one too)
-Remade all icons besides item icons (to make sure they are all up to date and are accurate to the correct changes to content)
-Remade all armor icons to be more simplistic (makes it easier for me to add new & edit existing armor)

-Redid mod icons for a more darker theme, edited them from their old images though so it may look horribly edited on some of them.
