Empire Divided Campaign

AI
Aggressiveness of Minor Germanic/Brit factions is decreased to make early game of barbarian faction easier.

  • Base public order +5 for all difficulty level
  • Public order penalty from foreign cultures are lowered
  • Empire Divided : Player gets reduced Army Upkeep and corruption
  • Imperator Augustus : Player gets reduced Army Upkeep
  • Loyalty bonus +5 in Hard or higher difficulty

    AI
  • Civil research bonus is decreased
  • -2 to public order in every difficulty level

Diplomacy
  • AI is more likely to declare war and go hostile. Their ability to calculate power balance is lowered to make them more aggressive.
  • Effectiveness of bribe is now more realistic.
  • Note : You can actually manipulate AI if you give them a great sum of money, for example, into betraying their own allies.

  • AI is less likely to be client states, but military access is available now if the player is close enough with them.
  • Note : But they are asking the player to make them his client state/satrapy to protect themselves, which is very satisfying and realistic. And some ally AI factions just go straight to war with the player. It is a very rare but interesting situation. Probably it happens when they have nowhere to expand, just like Shogun 2.

    New Diplomacy AI : ‘Opportunist’ and ‘Power-driven’

  • General reliability of factions is increased except for a few barbarian factions.



Imperium
Data regarding Imperium deleted from the mod for it is moved into AI Imperium mod.



Political Influence
Effects of “Average” support level are greatly increased, and new effects are added.

Note : Higher support level is more like ‘Empire’ government type - focused on military bonus and tax revenue, and average support level is more like ‘Republic’ government type - focused on civil bonus. In Average support level, the balance of power is kept and the political situation is stable, but in higher support levels, the balance of power is gone and other parties will hate the player party.


Cursus Honorum(Office)

Added unique effects to high level offices

Barbarian, Kush, Saba, Egypt - high level office now lower corruption, for they don’t have female politicians to do it for them.
Added +1 recruitment slot to 7 lv office


5-7 lv office now have unique cultural effects.

    Factional
  • Germanic : Income from raiding and sacking
  • Kush, Saba :Tariff income from trade agreements
  • Carthage : Tariff income from trade agreements with civilized factions
  • Celts : Income from industry
  • Hellenistic / Athens / Egypt : Income from culture

    Force / Personal bonus
  • Roman : Replenishment rate
  • Nomadic : Income from raiding and sacking


Military actions
    Sack - Damage to buildings is increased. It worsens public order even more, so the player cannot repeat the command due to rebellion. Base income of sacking is increased but faction traits for it is decreased, so barbarian factions without the trait can get more income from it.Loot - Damage to buildings is increased. Income from looting is greatly increased.



Buildings

    Sanitation[/b]They had no use once expansion of settlement was done - and I didn’t like it. New unique effects are added to the game.Irrigation buildings - Increased bonus / income

    General research buildings work betterForced March(army)/Double Time(navy) are removed from the gameNote : Icon is still there, but it will do nothing. Buildings increase movement range, so there is no need for them now. They just give the player more frustration.

AI는 플레이어보다 훨씬 낮은 지배권 단계를 적용받게 됩니다.
군단 숫자를 늘리는 데 페널티가 가해졌으므로 낮은 지배권 단계에서 이전보다 훨씬 많은 군단을 운용할 수 있습니다.

비고 : 영토가 큰 AI의 효율성을 증대시키기 위한 패치.
대상 - 한니발 앳 더 게이트, 분열된 제국, 황제 아우구스투스, 그랜드 캠페인



이제 군단당 유지비 3% 증가가 정상적으로 적용됩니다.
비고 : 아직 약간 부정확하지만 대충 맞음. 몰?루

지배권(임페리움)으로 인한 유지비 페널티가 초반부터 적용되며, 그 대신 최고 단계 지배권에서는 예전보다 페널티가 덜합니다.

난이도 - 이지~하드까지 플레이어가 유지비 할인 보너스를 적용받습니다.
비고 : 군단당 유지비 증가 및 지배권 페널티가 모든 난이도에 적용되어서 게임 내정을 훨씬 어렵게 하기 때문에 이에 대한 배려의 성격이 있는 패치.


난이도

매우 어려움 이상 : 육군 양성 슬롯을 5-4로, 해군 양성 슬롯을 4-3으로 감소
AI의 병력 양성 비용을 대폭 감소
비고 : AI의 유닛 양성비용을 전체적으로 감소시켜서 AI가 유닛 양성을 하는 것 자체는 매우 쉽게 하되 고난이도에서 순간적으로 병력을 펌핑하는 데는 약간의 제한을 검

AI 해군의 비용을 전체적으로 감소시켜서 해전의 비중을 키우는 대신 이동속도 페널티를 증가시켜 겐세이당하는 스트레스는 줄여줌
AI 내정 기술, 군사 기술 연구속도 치트를 전 난이도에서 증가시킴
AI가 더 큰 유지비 할인을 받게 됨.





AI gets lower Imperium level than player.
Since recruiting more armies cause upkeep issue now, recruiting more army is not privilege anymore. You can recruit more armies in lower Imperium level.

Note : To make bigger AI factions more efficient.
Applied campaigns - Hannibal at the Gate, Empire Divided, Imperator Augustus, Grand Campaign



Now +3% upkeep per armies/navies debuff is applied as intended.
Note : Not 100% correct, but f**k it.

Upkeep penalty from Imperium comes from lower level, but it is slightly lighter in higher level.



Difficulty

Player gets upkeep bonus from Easy to Hard difficulty.
Note : Upkeep penalty per armies/navies makes game difficult no matter how high its difficulty setting is, so it needed compensation.

Very Hard+
AI recruitment point decreased from 5 to 4, navy recruitment point decreased from 4 to 3.
AI unit recruitment cost is significantly decreased.
Note : By decreasing AI unit recruitment cost, AI can now rebuild decimated army more easily. But it's limited in higher difficulty.

AI navy gets less penalty(unique concept in this mod) and less recruitment cost, but it gets penalty in movement range.
Note : To limit annoying AI harassment.

Significantly increased AI research speed cheat.

- You won't be able to spend your skill point on empty 1 tier 2/3 level General skills.

Note : 3 lv tier 1 skills had some nice abilities like War Cry or Second Wind(single target), but you really don't want to spend precious skill points on mere tier 1 skills. So we often had ult AoE skills, but ended up with no single target skills. In this mod all tier 1 skills have only 1 level and it has all the effects and ability(with slightly lower effect) just like Empire Divided campaign skill tree, but there were this nasty bug. You still can see skill level icon beneath the skill icon, yes. It really annoying but you can't click on it, so it should be OK. I'll fix it ASAP.



- 효과가 없는 텅 빈 1레벨 장군 스킬을 2,3레벨까지 찍을 수 있던 문제를 수정했습니다.


비고 : 1레벨 스킬을 3레벨까지 찍기 너무나 귀찮고 스킬포인트가 아깝다는 아쉬움이 있었는데 이런 계륵 1레벨 스킬들을 통합해서 분제의 그것처럼 1레벨만 찍어도 3레벨에서 얻는 효과들을 얻을 수 있게 바꾸는 패치를 했었습니다.

(대신 1레벨 통합 스킬은 3레벨을 찍는것보다 효과 자체는 작음)

그런데 텅 빈 2,3레벨이 찍어지는 버그가 생겨서 이번에 수정하는 방법을 알아내서 고쳤습니다.
스킬아이콘 밑에 스킬레벨 아이콘이 여전히 보이는데 신경이야 쓰이지만 찍어지지 않으니 상관없습니다. 이거 없애는 방법 알아내는대로 고치겠습니다.

패치 노트

- Now armies/navies gives +2% upkeep to player faction, decreased from 3%.

Note : Forgot to mention - This mod adds upkeep per army to encourage strategic play in campaign map. This rework was fantastic, but it needs whole lot test and rework in economy done. And rebalance in factions start with higher imperium. Until rework is done, I would leave it this more easier way.


- 이제 군단/함대 하나당 증가하는 팩션 전체의 육군 유닛 유지비가 3%에서 2%로 감소했습니다.

비고 : 말하는 걸 잊었습니다만 이 모드는 군단당 팩션 전체의 유닛 유지비를 늘려서 대전략 맵에서 군대를 움직일 때 보다 머리를 굴릴 것을 요구합니다. 이 리워크 자체는 좋았는데 아직 테스트도 많이 해야하고 경제도 다 손봐야하는데다가 처음부터 지배권(임페리움)이 높은 채로 시작하는 팩션들은 너무 어려워졌습니다. 이 조정이 다 끝날때까지 좀더 쉽게 할렵니다.

- Icon of a Balkan tribes faction trait "Warrior Society" was fixed.
- 그랜드 캠페인 발칸 부족들의 트레잇 중 전사 사회의 아이콘이 거꾸로 표기되던 문제를 수정했습니다.

- Rome : Julius trait - Barbarian Subduer now grants full 15% melee attack bonus.
- 로마 : 율리우스 가문 종특인 야만인 정복자가 정상적으로 15% 근접 공격 보너스를 줍니다.

- Armenia : Faction trait morale bonus is reduced to 10 from 20. (It says 10%/20%, but you know, it's no longer multiplying in this mod)
- 아르메니아 : 팩션 종특 사기 보너스가 20에서 10으로 하향됐습니다. (10%/20%라고 나오지만 아시다시피 더 이상 곱연산이 아니니 숫자만 보심 됩니다)

지금 후반 자금이 넘치는 문제가 있습니다. 고치려면 캠페인을 처음부터 끝까지 플레이해봐야해서 밸런싱에 시간이 좀 걸릴 것 같습니다.
