Added Manor Perks and cards

Added missing cards (Scorpion's Dance, Mind Blade)
Fixed the card "Deathclaw - Absolute Truth" (it wasn't creating copies of itself)
Fixed the some cards that were still using the deprecated Poison element
Fixed a few extra spaces and other typos

Sylph's "Meredith" ally was missing it's ability card "Frozen Gale".

Fixed a problem that was preventing the mod from working.
I derped and left a .inactive file on the mod's folder, so the game would treat it as disabled...

Some cards were still using the deprecated "Penetrate" effect.
Removed the penetrate effect from cards still using it. Also boosted their other effects a bit to compensate for the loss of that ability.
