Jab:
- Fixed issues with jab tilt canceling

Ftilt:
- Start up decreased 10 -> 11
- Fixed issues with tilt canceling into jab

Utilt:
- Minorly decreased range of rear hit sourspot

Dattack:
- Removed ability for attack to destroy projectiles

Ustrong:
- Hit 1 kb reduced 12 -> 7
- Ustrong now connects much more reliably into itself
- Ustrong flashbang no longer removes strong charge when performing another attack
- Ustrong hitstun multiplier increased .8 -> .9

Dstrong:
- Grab code added to increase consistency
– Similar to Zetter

Fair:
- Decreased sourspot hitbox negative disjoint to better match the animation

Nspecial:
- Nspecial hitstun manually altered to be consistent regardless of weight
– This is largely to prevent cheese kills on close side blastzone stages against lightweights
- No charge gunshot can no longer be held
– Weed powered gunshots are now more committal as a result
- Weed powered gunshot start up reduced 30 -> 24

Uspecial:
- Uspecial overall mobility altered to be quicker without gaining more height
– Vsp increased 10 -> 11
– Rising duration decreased 8 -> 6
- Hitting the sourspot now removes mario’s pratfall
- Hitting up b will now halt mario’s momentum faster
- Sourspot lifetime decreased 8 -> 6
- Sweetspot lifetime increased 4 -> 6
- Sourspot angle changed 90 -> 85
- Sourspot hitstun multiplier reduced 1 -> .75
- Sourspot kb increased 7 -> 9
- Sweetspot angle changed 90 -> 80

– Goal is to make Uspecial more consistent of a combo extension tool while providing more reward for the sweetspot
