Added a setting to put the wands by the entrance as drops instead of loading them into inventory.

Also fixed one of the starting wand toggles being broken.

Also the wands hover properly as items now when they load into the world.

This update improves compatibility with Ride Minecarts! (https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2293957384)

To that end, I've completely changed how 'the player being stuck in the ground' is handled. Star will no longer consider 'sitting in a mine cart' so constraining that she will spontaneously tear it apart with her bare hands.

The portals are also more powerful now. In the settings, you can now switch to 'modern' portal behavior, which allows any entity through - projectiles, items, explosives, mine carts, and even enemies.

But this power comes at a great cost: if you teleport stuff into unloaded chunks, it will almost certainly disappear forever. And the only ways I can find to preload chunks are to either go there yourself first, or to send the camera over to the destination for a single frame of darkness every single time a portal is created. If anyone happens to know a better way to force a far remote chunk to load, please let me know.

Fortunately, with both the classic and the modern portal behavior, if you're riding a minecart when you go through, you will still be riding a minecart on the other side, and that's all that really matters.

Make it cosmetic!

By singular request, you can now toggle each of the new spells in the mod's settings.

Note: This also kills the starting wands that use those spells.

Also now your wands won't be overwritten when you reload your save file. Isn't that nice? Probably... probably should have been how it worked in the first place... My bad.

★ Dimensional Portal Spell
⎯☆ The exit can now appear randomly within some range of the entrance to an area, instead of always right on top of the entrance. This behavior can be customized in the settings. Warning: you *may* teleport directly into lava or acid with this turned on
⎯☆ The pool of locations you can teleport to has been increased. Pick and choose in the settings. These do not include any locations that would spoil the game, like special rooms, but you can go to hell now! Go to hell! You son of a gun! (The hell and sky locations are a few whole stratospheres away from the moons to avoid spoiling the game)
⎯☆ Default cooldown has been increased. You can customize this in the settings
⎯☆ The exit portal will dig a hole for itself if it ever gets lodged in a wall. Same for the player. Usually
⎯☆ The exit portal tries to appear at least 2000 pixels away from the entrance portal. This fixes a weird bug. Whatever it was, you don't need to worry about it. It's fixed
