added new function:
- when a CarKey is assigned to a Vehicle, but it's unclaimed (because of Viruelle Garage or CarCover), the first person to get into the Vehicle will claim it
- when NO CarKey is assigned and it's unclaimed, nothing will happens when a Person get into the Vehicle
