- Fixed to now be able to trigger and assign a new trader/leader on roaming traders. (since I just discovered that the script don't trigger properly on roaming traders since they don't assign a new leader if the old one died).

Whats New:

- Community Leader is assigned as trader if their old one is dead. (npc leaders might be able to get hold of better weapon) reverted back the V5 changes. (no need for gold) . thats the only solution I think off since sometimes they trigger multiple traders at once.

- It will only trigger if the community has a leader or new leader
- It will only trigger if they have at least 12 gold in hand (sometimes they trigger at the same time and will result in multiple traders in a single community especially in large ones as being reported.) I hope its fixed.

- They will only trigger if their community size is 2 or more, so no more trader from kicked NPC's
