Added texture made by Pieo as FS Lublin 33. They have different manufacturer's logo and authentic polish license plates.
Also now Lublins are available from 1993 to 1997 as FS and from 1997 to 2001 as Daewoo.

Fixed the fire truck's ladder mesh that had an insane amount of triangles. (around 14k :O)

I scaled down the textures from 2048x2048 to 1024x1024. You can hardly tell the difference and mod size has been reduced from 120mb to 54mb.
