Changelog

-Various small changes, performance fixes to slightly improve the performance of the mod, brought up to line with 1.5.1 script for Crusades.

-Made sieges in Crusades give slightly less war-score, but increased ticking war-score from sieges in the war-target. This means when enough sieges in the war-score are achieved, the war should end much quicker with increased ticking war-score , while sieges outside of the target kingdom don't matter as much; conveniently allowing the players to take the decision to form a Crusader State sooner *(before the sieges for a Crusader State would rack up the war-score very high, giving you only a few moments to click said decision in time)*.

-Made the Create a Crusader State decision always visible while in a Crusade, showing you the exact conditions you need to form one, versus it only being visible when you could take the decision like before.
