The Debugger now lets you choose any environment - how exciting! There's also a few new options in the Debugging menu.

Lots of balance changes to Birthday Boy! Overall, looking to increase the power of Birthday Boy and make him more useful even when he isn't taking really powerful cards from other heroes.

Added new environment "Debugger". It is not intended to be played in game, but rather can help set up situations for testing purposes. If you have suggestions for additional debug options, please let me know.
