Fixed Waylend to Weyland

fixed synth combat armor

Fixed bugged, updated some descriptions. Did a little bit of rebalancing, and edited the amount spawned at wrecks and outposts. If any weapons or armor slipped through let me know

Added advanced wayllend synths to be crew. Let me know how they work/feel

fixed allfictions in space suits, fixed eva lancer affliction. Also fixed the floor sprite for the space suits and scaled it down for both it and the eva suit.
