- Communists now make 2x more from factories
- Democracies now make 2.5x more from taxes
- Fascists now get a 2x reduction in Military Upkeep
- The money icon now has a green tint
- Added executive orders, which lets you enact any law for 10 days if you have the political power for it.
- Submod for compatibility
- Slightly moved money UI so it doesn't obstruct nukes
- Changed French conservative party name
- Changed "Send Money" to "Financial Aid"
