Small Update:

- AI will stop building planes once they have 9000

- Halved income for all countries

Laws you can enact now depend on the party in power

- Added Policies:
7 Policies which can be used by any ideology
1 Fascist
1 Communist
1 policy which can be used by either communists or fascists

- Added corruption level:

Corruption level is measured from 1 - 8,
Your corruption level will rise when you take corrupt decisions.
Your corruption level will decrease when you reject corrupt decisions or use the anti-corruption policy

- Corruption will take money from you in proportion to the rest of your economy.
Having a corruption level above 4 will result in the rampant corruption event firing

- Added Economic Tab:

Military Spending details can be seen on the right side of the tab:
- Naval Spending is no longer calculated in ranges,
- Planes now require upkeep
- Infantry and tanks now have different costs to upkeep

- You can now adjust your education and health spending

- Added new Tariffs feature which adjusts income from ports

- France should no longer fall into civil war like every game

- Countries with below 45% stability will no longer death spiral into insurgency

- New icons for most decisions which cost money

- Famine event will only happen when you don't have food

- Added Food resource which you need to feed the population

- Added migration map mode (which actually just shows migration attraction, but the higher migrant attraction you have, the more migrants you get so its still accurate man_shrugging

- AI will now disband units when in debt while in peace time
