Minor update for RE 1.7.

Changes
- Downgraded 2 laser turrets to gat turrets
- Removed the guided missile launchers not really needed and the spaces & CPU are still there.
- Added 2 Shield capacitors

Fixes
- Minor texture fixes
- Fixed a non symmetrically rotated thruster
- filled some holes caused by phantom blocks in symmetry mode
