-Made Ostfront 28/32cm SP towable
-Decreased drop of a few guns (results in flatter trajectory)
-Upped the cost of dual Flak 88's in 41 & 42 to 16 & 14 SP respectively
-Removed 105mm & 155mm radio operators from USA whilst defending in Frontlines - still available whilst attacking

- Armor -
-Added Ka-Chi amphibious tank to Japan
-Fixed incorrect armor scheme where Panther had 85mm of frontal armor -> now 80mm
-Fixed incorrect armor scheme where Tiger I P had 210mm of frontal armor -> now 204mm
-Made Veteran Tiger I P a normal Tiger I P in SP purchases
-Increased price of Tiger I P to 17 SP
-Removed HEAT(C) from SdKfz234/3
