Kibou I (Transport) - Some fixes and tweaks. Doors are no longer blocked from being reopened again for 1 seconds when it just closed, added hatches in central access shaft to make it a bit more sink proof

Fixed #2 - Previous fix was fine for missions, but had issues with multiplayer campaigns - thanks to the undertow discord subbuilder community again to give a hint on the right fix that can fire every loading of the sub, not only once per lifetime.

charge controllers no longer derping after EMP attack on full batteries, some logic components were not hidden properly, status monitors now show in full screen when activated on their own

Added personal lockers for up to 8 crew members, added 2 diving suit docks in command room, tweaked reactor control to reduce overvoltages problems and allow low-load-continous operation, added ballast flora assistance to the Kibou II variants. (Toggle pumps individually and single button drain mode.)
