The previous update's changes to how it handles time zones had some issues if you were settled on the opposite side of the world around the antimeridian (only available if you play with 100% world coverage) due to how the coordinates wrap around.

This update patches the math related to this to account for this.

Technical update
- This mod no longer runs its code out of a MapComponent, instead patching vanilla's code instead. While this won't make this mod run any faster or slower, it can improve performance of other mods by reducing the amount of overhead by having fewer MapComponents.
- Improved support for multiple colonies spread across multiple time zones.
- Major refactoring of the code, bringing things up-to-date with how I write mods now.
- Exposed mod settings to translation keys, should anyone wish to make a translation.
