• MAJOR: Added "Night Mode" Toggle with strength slider
• Added Static Comet Toggle to improve performance if layer disabled completely
• Rearranged some variables

• Added ability to change opacity of the static meteors, including hiding them completely.
• Fixed precision levels for all the variables, allowing much more granularity with the value sliders.
