Added a warning when grammer language does not match the language of the speech recogniser engine.

Added new option in the options menu that will open the Windows 10 Speech Language settings.

Fixed nullPointerExceptions, removed localized text from internal error checker, added more warning and checks for incorrect language and culture.

Added more error handling support as well as moving the required language check to right as the game starts.
