Content:
T3 Councilors can now open a portal to the Plane of Earth. Can technically be used as an alternative gate network.

Experimental (may not work properly):
Ancestor Gods have a chance to turn hills into mountains.

Units:
Upgraded councilors have increased fire and cold resistance.

Rituals:
An AP and iron intensive means of creating hills and plains has been granted to councilors.

Misc:
One new ritual, currently commented out, planned for invading plane of earth (currently missing working targeting parameters)

Fixes:
Rune Lord and Ancestor Gods had missing movement or resistance traits. Unsure why these were cleared when the clear commands for each were not used.

Balance:
Fixed my retardation. Master Rune of Adamant was not supposed to be non-magic invulnerability.
