Fixed an issue with noglins losing it's extra health after being cryo'd or downloaded.
Brain hunt has been fixed on babies again.

Brain hunt has been re-added to all noglins due to an issue with claiming babies.

Fixed an issue where baby noglins could still enter brain hunt, the option will no longer show up until they are fully grown.

Had to revert the custom INI configs due to some issues with the taming process that caused unexpected behaviour and hard coded them into the noglin instead.
