Major rebalance update:

Tier 1:
Gain +1 Great Prophet and Great General Points per turn. Your Apostles gain the Orator promotion. Cities with a Shrine earn +1 trade route capacity if there is not already a Market or Lighthouse in the city.

Tier 2:
Temple of Solomon: +25% Production in this city toward land military units. This Holy Site district generates Gold equal to its Faith adjacency bonus.

Tier 3:
No changes

Tier 4:
Your land combat units start with a free promotion. Your Apostles gain the Proselytizer promotion. Gain up to three free beliefs in your founded religion, limited to five beliefs in total.
