* Add Combat Pet AI for vanilla 1.4.4 pets

Bugfixes

* Fix bug where Spirit Revolver wouldn't fire
* Fix bug where tall combat pets wouldn't jump
* Fix bug in cross-mod API where pets' tile collide style wasn't accounted for
