* Removed a perf skip in the last room

* Adjusted some textures

* Improved the indicator that shows when the stairs become slippery

A smaller update containing some visual clean up changes:

* Grounded floating models and blocks

* Unclipped a bucket from a wall

* Rotated the wood grain texture where it felt appropriate

* Added a contrasting line to some areas where a lot of wood textured elements connect

Changes thanks to feedback from the KZ Map approval team.

* Fixed some pixelwalks that allowed to skip parts of the map

* Removed a perf skip in the cafeteria

* Removed collision on the elevators in the lobby to prevent a significant skip

* Added teleports to avoid getting stuck behind the stairs after the endzone

* Added a return teleport at the bonus end

* Raised the bonus endzone to avoid hitting the return teleport before triggering the endzone

* Changed to a skybox that does not have the distant slums of the de_dust maps on it

* Took care of some visible nodraw
