-Implemented a fix: Ai won't try to spawn "units" from soldiers.set file anymore.

-Ai should spawn more infantry now.

-Decreased bot resources to match better with player's resources. It means that Ai wont spawn e.g. King Tiger at the begining of the round, while you can spawn only Stug 3. If this issue is still relevant, let me know about it.
