CE patch: New textures, new sounds, keep your flak cannons loaded and pop smoke.

to make a long story short I'm too busy with classes to look through rimworld and see how mechanoid-type pawns are defined since it turns out they're a lot more than whats just in XML, a huge oversight and I am sorry. I'm returning this mod to it's pre-workshop state, basically they're all mechanoids now but still should stay separate and hostile with the vanilla faction outside of Royalty's mech clusters. This means they got much tougher, good luck!

Now compatible with "what the hack", due to how WTH and Royalty's mechanoid clusters search for mechanoid type pawns these recon mechs will spawn in mech clusters.
