Greatly decreased Hazel Earthquake's damage to structure and devices, slightly increased force.
Weapons now show up before Rainbow
Fall Periastron's Warning wind can be heard better.
Tweaked some other sound effects

Festive's bauble now is much weaker to plasma laser, now trigger's magnabeam's magnet.
Some sprites were changed to have darker outlines.

Faction sprite changes automatically transfer to DLC
Fixed some code errors, like Fall not having an explosion effect.

Added translations from Periastron Mod
Some descriptions slightly changed
Festive Periastron slight rework: bauble now stays for exactly 25 seconds after stopping instead of resetting every time it's shot and can be destroyed by 6 cannon rounds and anything equivalent to that damage, functions more like smoke and is also hard countered by Azure.
Hazel Periastron's earthquake very slightly buffed
Joyful's smoke egg radius slightly buffed
Fall Periastron's detail slightly changed

Weapon hitboxes are more correct, CF faction sprite redesigned, Swords now aim.
