Neon Nightmares Update #1

Hello, and thank you for all of the feedback, every bit helps!

The two biggest critiques were that the colour was too saturated and the black portion of the warpaint was too dark. To rectify this the following changes have been made.

1) The neon for both Red and Blu have been changed to better suit the colour scheme already found within the game.

2) The neon lighting effect has been brought down, giving an over all better look to the skin.

3) the black texture has been replaced for a dark grey.
