- Added in some Naval Ship Templates to hopefully make the process of making ships easier, helping reduce tedious micro and prevent less knowledgeable players from making bad ships. Will adjust the templates based on feedback to ensure accuracy

- Fixed a bug where one of the divs in China's Wave 3 wasn't spawning for each state
- Changed the Capitulation of China to no longer have an event asking you how to split it, and instead gives everything to Japan. However, they now unlock decisions for 30 days to transfer the states to Manchu that they want to transfer to Manchu, after which the peace deal will be considered 'completed' and the decisions disappear

- Added Localization descriptions for a bunch of techs (mostly artillery, tanks, radio, flying boats ect), in most cases it will be blank but for certain techs such as pack artillery and anti tank description was added
- Fixed GFX with pack AT modifier (for example all artillery bonus does not show icon)
- Fixed missing Mio GFX for Dual Purpose artillery 1 and 2
- Fixed missing GFX for Mongolian Idea Compromise with Buddhist (new one created)
- Fixed missing GFX texticon for cavalry, artillery
- Added Missing Texticons for a bunch of different unit_catergory (tanks, army, assualt guns ect), some of these won't match the gfx in the desc section (doctrines for example)

Checksum 9b7c: Super Heavy Carriers have been split out from regular carriers and now have a cap of 14. They appear on the map like a normal carrier as I don’t have a new 3D model, and some graphics aren’t fully separated but it’s close enough. Localization should be set for them, including in the starting decision.

TL:DR Air Soviets better, Equipment Attrition losses down, combat debuff to low supply up

- Soviets now have a new 21 day focus in their Patriotic War branch granting 25% airfield build speed
- All Soviet Aircraft focuses (except the rocketry research one) now are 21 days instead of 35 days
- Soviet Defend Leningrad and Moscow spawn a level 5 airport nearby to compliment their level 10 airport
- Soviet Defend Stalingrad focus spawns a level 5 airport nearby and takes its level 5 airport and makes it a level 10
- Fixed a bug where the Denma AI would constantly ask the UK for guns

Attrition has gone up a bit with fewer supply companies especially on the eastern front. Equipment losses are a bit higher than desired, so those are being tuned down. But to make sure low supply is still punished, the combat debuff for low supply is being increased

- Added a 7 day focus for Non Aligned Finland to join the continuation war so they don't have to justify/the AI will actually join
- Italy shouldn't do the focus to get a claim on Greece if it is already at war with them
- Tried tweaking the 3D Tank graphic for Soviet Heavy Tanks to be the correct one (Not fully working, not sure why)

Patch Notes:
- Barents Sea and Hudson Bay are now Shallow Sea's instead of oceans. (Why paradox didn't have them like that already is beyond me)
- Fixed RSAF Enfield focus to actually give them 2 sizes on their MIO
- UK Propaganda for air bonus now also applies to fighters
- 3 UK Air focuses now give 1k MIO funds to their aircraft designers to match the ones Germany gets
- Raj can't do the Finest Hour propaganda mission until they've lost 2 tiles in the mountain line in Northwest Burma (0.4% surrender limit)
- Removed the extra logistics companies from Soviet Spawn ins (They had 2, so I kept the regular one and removed the cav one) (Red guards will keep the second company)

- Heavy AA, Heavy AT, Heavy Arty are now all in the generic artillery designer, but only for the portions that apply to everything. When we get to things that only apply to ART/AT/AA then the Heavy variants don't get those bonuses. Will be watching closely to make sure this isn't too strong. Additionally that means the research for them now contributes to Artillery MIO's funds.
- Doesn't matter for gameplay but all localization collisions have been resolved (people who make submods/forks shouldn't have any notepad pop ups on launching in debug since we are now down to 0 errors)

Imported Changes:
- Imported a number of bug fixes and AI things from a submod (Their finest boogie gaming)
- Added very basic Ai divisions and equipment (tanks mainly and 30w divisions), atm the tanks will not upgrade.
- Added some adjusted strategies that change around the production and some are ported over from vanilla which have also been tweaked. The only AI that have been updated are: FRA, UK, GER, SOV, JAP, ITA. These are the only nations that would matter if someone wanted to play single player to learn the game or testbuild.
- As part of ensuring the game runs as intended, UK should not go down containment and get Belgium in the faction
- The event for germany handing over eastern poland will now transfer control of germany half to germany (in some cases hungary or romania might control these states and the ai does not hand over states, this would lock germany out of barb focuses)
- Fixed China Flooded provinces, 1 tile did not remove the flooded tile debuff (Zhengzhou province).
- Added the terrain bonus icon for Snow and the Rock (For snow paradox did not add it)
- When designing a tank it will now default the tank image to the tech
- Fixed M3 lee tank picture.
- Added missing GFX for mio for Dp Arty, Pack arty, squad weapons
- Fixed flying boats gfx in naval battles

- TL:DR, bad armor gives an HP debuff to the division. (Something to the order of ~40-50 HP for the division), and good armor gives an HP buff (~40-50 with full doctrine)

Doctrine Changes:
- Mobile Warfare
- Mobile Infantry now upgrades Armored Car Recon to grant a 5% soft and Hard attack bonus to Mobile battalions (motorized/mechanized and their ilk)
- Mass Motorization now increases Infantry (mot.) speed from 4.5 to 5.5, but requires 10 additional motorized equipment to do so
- Mechanized Offensive now requires and extra 8 Motorized and 6 mechanized per battalion
- Armored Spearhead now gives Light Tank Recon an extra 3 Org and 1 Recon
- Schwerpunk now grants 1 Org to all armor instead of 3, and requires an extra 4 chassis per 1 Combat width for the Armored battalions.
- Blitzkreig Armor Org reduced from 2 to 1, but now grants 10% recovery rate, at the cost of needing an additional 3 radios per Armored Batallion
- Volkstrum no longer grants 20% defense to Infantry and militia and 5% entrenchment speed and instead grants a base 10% core attack and defense
- Non Discriminant Conscription no longer grants 5% soft and hard attack for line artillery and instead grants 5% land reinforce speed and 0.2 recovery rate for the entire army
- Wherewolf Guerillas no longer grants 2% land reinforce speed and 5 org for front line infantry and instead grants 20% cas Reduction and 5% army speed factor
- Superior Firepower
- Air Land Battle now upgrades Recon to now give 7.5% Hard Attack to all Armor and Artillery

Should also mean people who trigger Wave 3 super late if they are performing poor wont be punished quite as hard
- Lions of the Great War can now be done if you have more than 0% surrender progress
- Japan's Strike the West will now auto declare war on France instead of giving a wargoal. If you don't have indochina yet then sucks to suck.
- The bonuses given by Minor Propaganda have been doubled to match Majors
- Railway Construction now gets speed boost based on Infrastructure in a state like mills
- Soviet City Dynamic Modifier Local Supplies for Controller 50% -> 100%
