Changes to "Portals - The Fortress":
- added respawning Serious Speed Powerups in order to increase the pacing of the map

- the crystal skull at the beginning is now unavoidable
- added rain effect at the beginning of the map
- fixed gravity slide jump
- fixed enemy counter
- added some ammo during the last battle

- fixed a model within one of the secrets
