- Base pause times reduced 20/30/40/50 -> 15/20/25/30
- Pause scaling decreased 2 -> 1.5
- Restricted most actions while paused to prevent players from doing misinputs

Uspecial:

– Uspecial is so slow that this really doesn’t matter, I just thought it was funny
