Realized only after almost a year that I had made the crane trackbuilder much less worth the cost by leaving out two of the three flatbed cars. Re-added.

Added a new variant which is one of the vanilla track-building cranes with a different flatbed and propelled by steam locomotive. A little heavier and more expensive, but slightly more productive.

Messed around with the crane settings. Now it will haul quite a bit of material, but only has 10 people per train.
