Easier for outer middle bases to connect to inner middle bases.

-team 1 (middle team) now has the same amount of starting mines. (team 2 has 2 mines. team 1 used to have 1 upgraded mine.) (team 1 got +2 metal income at the start)

-Fixed fort order so that 1v1, 2v2, 3v3 is now more fair.
