Added 5 more textures for gm_lifevon's teleporter signs

Adjusted chadcar's model in /trains/ so it better fits the other carriages e.g. the storage cars. The passenger carriage, at least for the time being, remains as a fairly blocky carriage.

Fixed a missing texture on a building.

Adjusted some textures

Added more variations of the CHAD car set. These include a flatbed, a frame car, a closed storage car and an open storage car, and a (unenterable) passenger carriage

Also widened the trains a smidge for slightly more imposing look.

Added two new buildings: Apartments1. This includes a 'hollow' version for secret build rooms and a small version of both of those two.

Added lighing10. This is a hopefully-okay-tall light that comes in 4 forms: Double (straight down), singular (straight down), Angled doubled (45 degree angle on both sides) and Angled singular (ditto but just one)

Added about 4 to 6 more train models for set2.

Added a medium curve for the narrow road props

Attempt #1 to fix crane3 collision boxes for the tall and long versions. This means they have more simplified collisions but I'm sure it's not gonna be the end of the world for yous.

Added over 20 new trains for set2. It includes:
-A handful of new locomotives whether single unit or DMU
-A handful of new carriages
-New freight cars varying of tankers, a log/heavyweight carrier, and auto car for two vehicles

Added a new road piece
Added modular RSG and PHX railroad crossing pieces for your pleasure
Made housing25 slightly more detailed for no reason tbh

Added 19 more models to regprops/cranes/:

14 More crane sizes, including widened versions that will fit longer containers!

6 More sizes related to the gantry cranes' lifters (or hoists) that look a little better fitting with some containers. I have also added 3 sizes that are 'plain', so you can customise the hoists if you want, or the actual moving part itself.
