Added 6 new props:
In Mprops: wallpiece (this is used as wall detailing, can be seen in the Bay area of gm_lifevon)
In Roads: Corner_plain, corner, narrow_corner_plain, narrow_corner, 256_transition_plain

Added mprops for gm_lifevon's Outlands area
Added light11 and it's variations
Added light12 and it's alternate version

Added a new road ramp piece that goes from the regular 512 width roads to 256. This is used in gm_lifevon as a new road-only accessible build room entry piece in the Bay area.

Added 5 boats under the new 'vehicles' section: Empty base. Boat1. Boat1_empty. Boat3 (empty container boat). Boat4 (gas tanker boat). I'm aware boat2 is missing...I messed up numbering them :D so at some point I'll see what I can make for boat2.

I want to add more boats at some point, and maybe other vehicles (like a car or something?) and hopefully they won't look so...gta3 levels of *thicc*. They're my first big boats, give me a break!
