Couple of minor changes
Added light17 gallery including light heads

Added numerous Mprops to make gm_lifevon(_alternativetest) more optimised

Added tunnel4 gallery which includes (for now) a small curve tunnel, and various straight lengths to accomodate different track lengths

Added carriageway props in /roads/ - these are new props that for now are a complete set but may feature extra additions in the future if people are looking for specific versions. There are no ramped versions of these props at this time.

Added narrow_straight_transition3, 4 and 5
Added ramp_2560x400 and a plain version
Added portal3a to d, which are a thin and thick tunnel portal but also feature a simplified combine shield version (shield will need to be added manually)

Removed 'trains' files. These are outdated, now have been improved and added to their own addon, 'Black-Ice's Trains' located at:
