Added new folder: .../buildings/trainstuff/taller-platforms/

These platforms are double the height of the original platforms - 128 units. They also come in 128 and 256 unit widths for improved efficiency.

There are two brick, and two concrete versions with a banded hazard line along the platform 'edge'. The lengths are 128, 256, 368, 512, 640, 768, 896, 1024 and 2048

These changes were requested by user ЭД2Т-0053 who wished for platforms that were double the height. Thank you for the suggestion!

Added a brand new train set to /vehicles/trains/comtrains
These ComTrains are an evolution of the CHADs from my Train model pack which has essentially become mainly a testbed in the past. These are much more updated, carefully designed, more appropriate for modern trainbuild.
