Changed the watchers brimstone attack and tweaked a few other attacks.

The watchers lazer attack has been replaced with 8 streams of bullets while he shoots normal bullets that accelerate and bounce at you

Lowered the chances of the watcher appearning in Corpse

Added a limit to how many miniwatchers can be onscreen, between 4 to 7 can only be on screen at a time

Changed most of the wathcers attacks. again

Before he shoots his rot lazers, 8 beams of light will appear instaid of 8 tears being fired
removed the pestulites (those were a pain in the toocus whe fighitng him)
the miniwatchers he shoots are nnow integrated more into his moveset
He doesn't constantly leave a trail of Goop wherever he moves now
Lowered his hp to 750

The miniwatchers now have 10 hp
and will shoot tears in 4 directions when killed

He now has a 100% of spawning his Miniwatchers as well as the wad of tumors (Alt horsemen) when he dies
