Changed the shaders on all visible bomb assets to fix a bug on one specific asset, hopefully avoiding similar issue in the future.

Added Twitch Plays support and Gamepad/controller support
Fixed the module's highlight not being the proper dimensions
Swapped position of water works and electric company
Fixed submission logs logging the empty string when the correct property was a utility or railroaad

Updated manual wording slightly
