-Admin:
►length of election terms changed to max -4 [idk what will happen if your term is 4 years but that's all part of the fun☺]
►free policies cost increase to 15/30/45 [didn't make sense that admin free policies cost the same]
►female adviser chance, yes or no, went to level 10. [Oops had a zero where it didn't belong]

►appoint Cardinal cost changed. [before it could go to -200%!]
►center of trade upgrade cost changed. [before it could go to -264%!]
►changed cost to change rivals.
►lowered covert action relation impact cost
►ship trade power propagation changed to max level 3

►may recruit female generals, again a yes or no that had more than one level
►global supply limit
►vassal force limit contribution
►increased yearly army professionalism gain
