Forget one template. Only a small fix for compatibility.

Now really fixed the CoA resetting. I only fixed it for a ruler change. Now it also includes the culture change, yearly_pulse and claim_gain/loss.

• Added copy/paste title's map color
  
• Map color can now be reset to the original one

Added CoA color button for title coat of arms (random color)

• Fixed bug for CoAs, which depend on a culture or faith ( for example many english titles, like the kingdom of england or duchy of essex). They now will reset to your selection after one ingame day.
  
• Now the previous randomized/pasted CoA is saved and can be restored with a right click on the "Randomize CoA" button.

Fixed copy/paste bug for dynasty and house CoA using the same variable.

Added buttons to randomize and copy/paste Dynasty and House CoAs.

Added two buttons to copy and paste a title CoA.
