Increase weight to 40 for m60 (chaingun). Revert cycle time for dessert rifle.

Fixed auto shotgun (super shotgun) close to original doom 2016. Added pistol, dessert rifle (burst rifle).

Rebalanced the plasma rifle and heavy assault rifle. Added voltex rifle, gauss cannon, chaingun, and super shotgun. Also, fixed the issue of hands not shown.
