No blocks removed or added... just different arrangement of same blocks for easier access to RCS if you desire to swap it out for a constructor... or also better access to the standard cargo box, which you could swap for a small constructor too if you wanted to keep the RCS. The lift thrusters and landing gear have been swapped to make entry into and out of the vessel easier.
