Added: Clan Light Active Probe (0.5t, 1 slot, 3/5 range compared to normal Clan probe)
Added: Clan NARC (1 slot, 2 tons, +30% range, +25% missile velocity)
Changed: Clan Arrow IV as part of ongoing balancing. Probably not very successful but oh well.
Changed: all Clan weapons salvage share costs
