- made skipping the first cutscene not break if skipped during a specific part
- added support for the Quality Time dw to be used in the level comps mod

Added some more skippable cutscenes.
Added a shortcut from the main room into the plumbing/water wheel room.
Added some extra sound effects during the boss. (Rocket arms swinging up, rockets flying near player.)
Added the ability to return to the custom hub in the pause menu.
Tweaked the taskmasters to be generally easier:
- Lowered the tasks required to finish act 3 from 35 to 30.
- Made monty not get as angry during the Remix Rush deathwish.
- Made tasks lower the pressure during the Remix Rush deathwish more effective.
- Made the rats task delivery range bigger for easier delivery, did the same for other low range tasks.
Moved the storybook page on the pipe floor to be easier to find.
Made Monty's face bob up and down.
Updated Monty's radio icon.
Changed the intermission floor in the purple rift to make getting the storybook page less jank.
Changed the tiling of the lava on the power pon floor in the purple rift.
Changed most deathwishes to not show bonus objectives before completing the main objective.
Turned off auto umbrella aim on elecrows during the Elecrow Protection Program deathwish.
Tweaked the color of the camera spotlights during act 5 to be more visible.
Fixed the timer during the Holding Cell deathwish not showing up if you reset the deathwish.
Fixed lava during act 4 not disabling after skipping a cutscene at a specific time.
Fixed the lava in the boiler room hurting the player as soon as they walk off the ledge.
Maybe fixed the static sound played by Monty continuing to play after it should have stopped.
