Bugfix update:
-removed customised loc in a tooltip that was causing it to refresh too often
-fixed compat with Prisoners of War
-drastically lowered chance for heavily wounded knights and commanders to start battlefield duels (reduced for 2 owunds, removed for 3)
-raised chances of gainning Blademaster XP after a battlefield duel victory, to reflect that XP gains no longer provide an entire trait level at a time
