- FINALLY fixed the damn toggleable light being broken.

- Added a decal on the sniper tower that makes it more clear that you can kill the snipers with explosives (cfc dummies...)

- Added a few more rooms, doorways

- Redid the lighting, added Ambient Occlusion, should look nicer

- Tweaked secrets

I was going to add a 3D skybox, but there really isn't the space, x128'ing the Skycamera view caused omega jank with any appropriately-scaled brushes in there, and it ultimately wasn't worth the hassle. This map is the entire height limit and I ain't changing that for a damn skybox!

Added a decal I never added properly that was a tiny unnoticeable missing decal this entire time, nothing other than that
