general fixes and improvements

-Properly supports top down camera.

-Fixed a bug where you could chain multiple stars in quick succession, leading to unfair damage.

-Urchins no longer deal damage, and recovery volumes now do deal damage. (Was done to make the Death Wish more fair)

-Redone skydome

-Minor level design changes

-Minor lighting changes
