Canner Jetpack's thruster now deals damage to anything too close to it, Fizzthrower now deals damage in a wider cone.

(Finally) Added the CanNade! Fixed MP reload animation on the B3LCH, fixed the B3LCH-R ejecting rifle casings instead of shotgun shells.
