Added the B3LCH-R!, Fixed Bug where PopCap's cylinder did not spin in singleplayer (hopefully!)

Added the RPC! PopCap's Cylinder Is now transparent, spins, and houses more colorful ammo. Breener LMG's ammunition is now colorful and moves with shots.
